    Every Ice Jeweller grill starts as a precise CAD model built around your exact tooth shape. CAD design means zero guesswork — we can execute any style, any complexity, any custom detail before a single gram of gold is cast. You approve the 3D design before we make it.

    3D SCAN

    We use professional 3D dental scanning to capture every contour of your teeth with sub-millimetre accuracy. The result: a grill that fits tighter, sits more securely, and feels more natural than anything made from a standard impression. Available in-studio in London.

    MICRO SETTING

    Hand-set VVS moissanite and lab diamond work, including full microset coverage for trade and private clients. Every stone is placed individually by hand with precision tools — zero light leakage, no metal gaps, maximum brilliance. We also accept stone setting commissions from other jewellers and studios.

To get started, simply place your order through our website. Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll send you a complimentary impression kit so you can capture the exact shape of your teeth.

After we receive your impression, our team will create a precise 3D model and begin crafting your GRILLZ in your chosen material. We’ll keep you updated at every step of the process until your finished piece is ready for delivery.

From the moment we receive your impression kit, you can expect your order to be completed within 4 to 6 weeks. This timeframe includes shipping the impression kit to you, receiving your mold, and completing the full process of 3D modeling, casting, stone setting, polishing, coating and finishing your custom piece.

Please make sure to send your completed mold back to the address provided in your order confirmation email. Instructions on how to take your impression are available on our website and have also been sent to you directly.

Each product is crafted with care and precision, and this timeline allows us to ensure the highest quality.

Our GRILLZ are crafted from high-quality sterling silver as well as solid yellow gold, rose gold, and white gold. Our gold options are available in 10K and 14K, allowing you to choose the perfect balance of color, purity, and durability.

For stone settings, we work with lab-grown diamonds and moissanite, ensuring exceptional brilliance, quality, and long-lasting shine.
