All GRILLZ are custom-made to order, so please allow 4–6 weeks from the time we receive your impression kit for your order to be completed. This includes processing, crafting, and finishing your custom piece.

Once your GRILLZ are ready, they will be shipped to the address you provided in your order confirmation email. Please make sure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays.

We carefully package each order to ensure it arrives safely. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
