How do I order custom grillz from Ice Jeweller? Place your order on the website and choose your style, material, and tooth count. Once your payment is confirmed, we send you a free impression kit. You take your dental impressions at home, post them back to us, and we take it from there — CAD design, preview, crafting, and delivery.

Do I need to visit a dentist or come to your studio? No. Everything can be done from home. The impression kit contains everything you need to take your own dental mould. If you'd prefer an in-person consultation, you can book a free appointment with us in London.

Can I see a preview before my grillz are made? Yes. After we receive your impression and agree on the design, we create a CAD (3D digital model) of your piece and send it to you for approval. Nothing goes into production until you're happy with the design.

Can I customise the design? Completely. Every Ice Jeweller piece is bespoke — built around your brief, your teeth, and your vision. You can bring a sketch, a reference image, or just an idea. We'll design it from scratch.

What if I make a mistake with the impression? Most kits include enough material for more than one attempt. If you run out, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement.

Is the impression kit really free? Yes — the kit is included with every grillz order at no extra cost. You only pay for the grillz.

What metals do you use? We work in 925 sterling silver, 10K gold, and 14K gold — available in yellow gold, white gold, and rose gold. All metals are solid, not plated.

What stones do you use for iced grillz? We use VVS moissanite and lab-grown diamonds. Both are selected for fire, clarity, and long-term brilliance. We do not use cubic zirconia (CZ).

What is the difference between moissanite and lab diamond? Both are real stones — moissanite is silicon carbide, lab diamond is chemically identical to mined diamond.
