This payment page is exclusively for customers who have already discussed and approved a bespoke order with ICE JEWELLER.

Please complete your payment only if:

• You have discussed your custom design with our team
• Your design and specifications have been approved
• You have received a confirmed final price
• This payment link has been sent directly to you

The price currently displayed on this page applies only to the customer who received the current payment link.

By completing payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the design, materials, specifications, price and estimated production time discussed with our team.

Production will begin after full payment and after we receive any required measurements, usable dental impressions or approved items.

Please do not send us any jewellery, accessories or personal items until our team has reviewed them and provided confirmation and delivery instructions.

Orders placed without prior written agreement may be cancelled and refunded.

As every bespoke piece is individually made or customised to the customer’s specifications, our custom-order terms and returns policy apply.
